The bottle is stored for at least a period of 10 years before it is sold. The alcohol content in the drink is about 8%. The beer is brewed by Caulier, a Belgium firm since 1995. For this project, 4 such craftsmen and artists worked in collaboration with the wine making team. This is not all, once the opening of the wine is decided; a senior member of wine making team attends the ceremony. In the ceremony, the ampoule is removed from plumb-bob case made of glass and opened with scribe-snap made of sterling silver, which is tungsten tipped and is designed especially for it. The wine is then prepared by the senior member using tastevin made of sterling silver.
